What We Do

Stretching, core, strength, cardio, balance drills, and playful movement.

Boards

Hard boards or inflatables work. Inflatables may be more comfortable.

Experience Level

PaddleFit is a one-hour small-group class designed to get you moving, laughing, stretching, and building confidence on your board.  You'll work through balance-based exercises, core movements, strength drills, and light cardio in a fun, supportive setting.
